Global: Letter by OCP Secretary George Alexander to  His Beatitude Mar Aphrem -Metropolitan of India and the Holy Synod of the Assyrian Church  in response to the Unity Offer from the Chaldean Catholic Patriarch His Beatitude Mar Louis Raphael Sako.
