The Orthodox Christian Leadership Initiative is pleased to announce the 5th Annual National Orthodox Advanced Leadership Conference to be held September 17-19, 2021 at St. Vladimir’s Seminary. This year’s theme is Generously Investing in Emerging Leaders, presented by those who are daily investing in our emerging leaders through the diverse Orthodox non-profits and archdiocesan initiatives they represent. Older seasoned leaders and younger emerging leaders across the clergy and laity are encouraged to attend.
Each challenging presentation is followed by highly interactive discussion questions, case studies, or small group work. Attend online or in-person to receive the benefit of networking and deepening relationships at the seminary and across the Church to support the ministry God has entrusted to your care. This conference provides a unique opportunity to collaborate, network, explore mentoring, consider different generational perspectives, and grow together within the body of Christ.
