Bucharest-Romania: ‘It does not matter the number of good deeds, but the humble love with which they were performed’ stated Patriarch Daniel of Romania on the occasion of the thanksgiving service marking the 14th anniversary of his enthronement. According to the Patriarch “we must perform all church activities with love for God and our neighbours. And then we have the joy of working with God in His Church” reports Basilica News Agency.
He further stated that “We first thank God for all the work of the Church done in communion, not alone, but together with the clergy and the people, with all the church institutions, as well as in cooperation with the state institutions, which have often helped us both in the activity in the country, as well as in the pastoral ministry in the Romanian diaspora”.
