Indian Orthodox Church celebrates 360th Anniversary of Coonan Cross Oath; the first freedom fight in Asia against Foreign Colonization.
India/Kerala/Kottayam: The Indian Malankara Orthodox Church celebrated the 360th Anniversary of Coonan Cross Oath which is considered to be the the first freedom fight in Asia against Foreign Colonization. Celebration were held at Devalokam, the residence of the Catholicos of the East and headquarters of the Indian Malankara Orthodox Church.
