Holy Qurobo in the Presence of Belarussian & Serbian Ambassadors

His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II celebrated the Holy Qurobo at Mor Aphrem Church in Mor Aphrem Monastery in Maarat Saydnaya, Syria.
His Holiness was assisted by His Grace Bishop Mor George Kourieh, Dean of Mor Aphrem Theological Seminary in Maarat Saydnaya.
Their Excellencies Mr. Alexander Ponomarev, Ambassador of Belarus to Damascus, and Mr. Milan Vijatovic, Charge d’Affaires of the Serbian Embassy to Damascus, and Dr. Maria Saadeh, Ex-Member of the Syrian Parliament attended the Holy Qurobo as well as Mr. Danho Daoud, Ex-minister of Environment.
In his sermon, His Holiness welcomed the honorable guests and thanked them for the humanitarian assistance that they brought in the name of the Belarrussian government and people to the Christians of Saydnaya.
His Holiness also spoke about materialism and how it destroys the societies and human relations.
