On Great Kobzar’s birthday anniversary His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr to donate to National Taras Shevchenko Museum a copy of facsimile edition of Peresopnytsia Gospels in whose investigation the poet was also involved
On the birthday anniversary of Taras Shevchenko, March 9, 2010, at 16.00 pm the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is planning to call to the National Taras Shevchenko Museum (Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, 12).
His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr is going to donate a facsimile copy of the Peresopnytsia Gospels in whose investigation the poet was also involved, and will give as a present to the museums several rarities from his Shevchenko collection.
