Eastern and Oriental Orthodox Patriarchs of Antioch observe special prayers for the release of Abducted Bishops of Aleppo

Beirut: His Holiness Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II of Antioch and All East – Primate of the Universal Syriac orthodox Church led special prayer service at the St. Aphrem Cathedral (Aleppo) for the release of the two abducted archbishops Mor Gregorios Youhanna Ibrahim and Boulos Yaziji of Aleppo.
His Beatitude John X, Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All East along with a high level delegation of Prelates participated in the prayer Service.
Both Hierarch’s discussed about the current situation in the country and regional developments.
