Delegation from Moscow Theological Academy Visits Mother See

On September 17, a delegation from the Moscow Theological Academy of the Russian Orthodox Church visited the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Gevorkian Theological Seminary. The delegation was led by Archbishop Evgeny of Vereya, rector of the Moscow Theological Academy.

Rev. Fr. Karekin Hambardzumyan, Dean of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary received the delegation.

During the meeting, they spoke about recent cooperation between the two religious institutions and expansion possibilities. Specifically, they touched on the exchange program for students, faculty training, and the details of organizing reciprocal visits.

Following the discussions, the guests visited the museums of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and were introduced to the spiritual-cultural artfacts and heritage of the Armenian Church.
