UK: A Conference at the University of Cambridge on Trends & Themes in Medieval Christian Holy War is to be held on the 1st of May 2015. The Conference will discuss Orthodox Christian components as well. The conference is hosted by the Arts & Humanities Research Council of the Cambridge University and will be held at the Winstanely Lecture Theater at Trinity College from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
Dr. Yuri Stoyanov from Bulgaria will deliver the first lecture of the Conference. He has written extensively on both historical and contemporary Orthodox Christian perspectives on war.
