Sofia. We are trying to support church as much as we can and without interfering. I think you are satisfied with the past two years when Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria has been in power, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov said at a meeting with church heads and church delegations who are visiting Bulgaria on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the enthronement of Patriarch Maxim of Bulgaria, FOCUS News Agency reported.
Metropolitan bishop Dometian of Vidin expressed gratitude to the prime minister and his government on behalf of Patriarch Maxim and Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church.
