Bucharest: Commemoration of 167th Birthday Anniversary of National Poet Mihai Eminescu

National Poet Mihai Eminescu was commemorated Sunday all over Romania, on his 167th Birthday Anniversary.
An assembly of priests concelebrated the Divine Liturgy Jan. 15 at the Chapel of Bellu Cemetery in Bucharest in the remembrance of Poet Eminescu. Next, Fr Costinel Ailioaei from the Archdiocese of Bucharest led the Memorial Service by the tomb of Mihai Eminescu, in the attendance of many clerics and faithful.
The Great Ecclesiarch Archimandrite Clement Haralam officiated a Memorial Service for the rest of the soul of Poet Mihai Eminescu at the Patriarchal Cathedral in Bucharest, Radio Trinitas reports.
