Blessing of New Assyrian Cross Chapel in Kerala

Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East – November 2016

Kerala-India: Snapshots from the recent blessing of the newly constructed Cross Chapel. This beautiful Chapel is located at the entrance to the Seminary of the Church of the East in Kerala, India.

The Seminary grounds also host a rubber plantation, large expanses of organic farming land and a community farm. Pictured here are His Beatitude Mar Aprem, Metropolitan of Malabar and All India and the two Bishops of India, Mar Yohannan Yoseph and Mar Awgin Kuriakose. The operations of the Seminary and associated initiatives are under the administrative leadership of Bishop Mar Yohannan Yoseph.
