Bishops Synod of the Armenian Apostolic Church to Convene on 11 November at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin
On November 11-13, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; and His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, will preside over the opening of the Bishop’s Synod of the Armenian Church. On this occasion, on 10 November at 16:00, the Catholicos of All Armenians and Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia accompanied by members of the Bishop’s Synod will visit the Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial Complex, where a requiem service will be held in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
The opening ceremony of the Bishop’s Synod will be held on November 11 at 10:00am in the Events Auditorium of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary of the Mother See.
