The British Orthodox Church
The Glastonbury Review No. 119 is rich with reports form the Indian Orthodox Church. OCP Article on Brahmavar Orthodox Community has been included in the Glastonbury Review.
Following a Historic visit by a delegation from the Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE (Formerly Orthodoxy Beyond Limits forum) in November 2009 the report tilted ‘ HolY Brahmavar” was submitted with a number of key resolutions to the Holy Episcopal Synod of the Indian Orthodox Church and was published online.
The Report prepared by Mr Subin Varghese, Vice-Chairman of Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE Society played a vital role in raising concerns about this neglected mission of the church and was instrumental in the re-establishment of a specific episcopal diocese for Brahhmavar after a gap of eighty-seven years.
The Review also have the photo of the new Catholicos of the East His Holiness Baselius Paulose II in traditional Malankara Metropolitan vestments as the front cover.
The Glastonbury Review is the Journal of the British Orthodox Church within the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria. (Published continuously since 1944, initially as The Orthodox Catholic Review 1944-1970 and later as The Glastonbury Bulletin 1970-1998 before adopting its present title in 1999.)
