Armenian President had important meetings in Georgia

On November 29 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met chairman of Georgian Parliament Davit Baqrazade and Patriarch all Georgians Ilya the Second in frame of hi official visit to Georgia. Press service of Armenian President informs about this.
Armenian President and Georgian NA chairman discussed issues of bilateral interest and underlined this year was effective to strengthen relations between two friendly nations.
Speakers agreed on importance of activating inter-governmental relations.
Armenian President and Patriarch of all Georgians discussed the important role of Armenian Apostolic Church and Georgian Orthodox Church for Armenian and Georgian nations. Both sides agreed that the church replaced the state during the most difficult periods for two nations.
Speakers referred to some issues of cooperation between two nations.
After these meetings Armenian President went to Tbilisi “Heroes” Square, put a garland at the memorial.
