A High-Level Coptic Orthodox Delegation Visits Russia

Moscow-Russia: Upon the invitation of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, a high-level delegation from the Coptic Orthodox Chruch has arrived in Russia. Bishop Bigol, the Abbot of the Elmeharic Monastery in Asyut, Egypt is heading the Coptic delegation.
The visit is also part of the ongoing and ever-developing dialogue between the two ancient Orthodox Churches. The delegation will remain in Russia until the 1st of September 2021. They will dioceses of Moscow, Tver, Novgorod St. Petersburg as well as the monasteries in Northern Russia.
