Catholicos of All Armenians Congratulated Female Employees of the Mother See on the Occasion of the Feast of Annunciation of the Virgin Mary

On April 7, in the Events Auditorium of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, met with 145 women working in the departments of the Mother See, on the occasion of the Feast of Annunciation of the Holy Virgin Mary.

Following opening remarks from His Grace Bishop Moushegh Babayan, Operations Director of the Mother See, the Catholicos of All Armenians offered his fatherly blessings and best wishes to all the women on the occasion of the beautiful feast of Annunciation. His Holiness noted that this Day of Motherhood and Beauty is a good opportunity to appreciate mothers in their important mission of continuing God’s creation, as they forge human life, prosperity of the society, and through their efforts, the Armenian family stands on solid foundations of virtue.

“Amid these challenging conditions, we want to express our appreciation to our mothers, who bravely overcome all the hardship and keep their hope strong in their families”, remarked His Holiness, exhorting the Almighty to keep the Armenian mothers with the spirit of courage and valor. The Catholicos of All Armenians also expressed his gratitude to the employees of the Mother See highlighting the importance of their service in successfully realizing the mission of the Church. His Holiness urged them to keep the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the Spiritual Centre of All Armenians, prosperous and vibrant through their efforts and diligence. The Catholicos of All Armenians wished the employees of the Mother See to continue their God- pleasing service to their families and the Armenian people with a positive strong spirit and healthy life.
