7/10/2012 Serbian Orthodox Church Karadjordje’s poplar, the symbol of freedom and unity of one small nation which stood up before the eyes of all Europe to fight against one mighty and strong enemy, and today it is again the meeting place of all Serbs. In the church of Holy Great Martyr George at Oplenac in the presence of the royal family Karadjordjevic, lots of faithful people, the Holy Hiearchal Liturgy was served and the requiem for Prince Paul, Princess Olga and Prince Nikola. With the blessing of His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadija, the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy was served by Bishop Pahomije of Vranje and he was concelebrated by Bishop Irinej of Australia-New Zealand with many priests
