“In Kyrgyzstan the Muslim Religious Board and the Orthodox Church should examine religious literature and audio and video production,” a deputy Tursunbay Bakir uulu declared today at the meeting of the Committee on education, science, culture, information and religious policies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

According to him, now the Kyrgyz state borders are open and any extremist production can be transported. The State National Security Committee is engaged in the control of it, where on a large scale there are no specialists who could identify extremist products and prevent its transportation,” said the deputy.

“For today more than 200 religious organizations have been registered in Kyrgyzstan, and at every step there are various products which are contrary to the provisions of the traditional religions of the world,” said Tursunbay Bakir uulu.
