Moscow-Russia: His Holiness Kirill – Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia and the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church celebrated the twelfth anniversary of his enthronement on the 1st of February 2021. He was enthroned as the Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus’ and Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church on the 1st of  February 2009 upon the demise of the late lamented Patriarch Alexis II.

Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishusti, the Prime Minister of Russia and other dignitaries congratulated Patriarch Kiril on the occasion.
