The State of the Kessab Refugees Remains Grave

His Holiness Aram I and the Executive Council of the Catholicosate of Cilicia have announced that they are monitoring the situation in Kessab and its uprooted population closely and that they are deeply concerned over the deep political, national and humanitarian implications of the displacement.
Accompanied by community leaders, Archbishop Shahan Sarkissian continues to meet the Kessab refugees in Latakia. His Holiness Aram I is appealing to all Armenians to assist the Armenian community in Kessab financially or by providing humanitarian assistance.
