The Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of Iași Renovates St Emilia Maternity Ward

Lasi-Romania: The Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of Iași has spent around 18,000 Euros to renovate St Emilia Ward at the Elena Doamna Maternity Center in the city of Iași, Romania. The Archdiocese made the investment through its Pro-Vita (Pro-Life) Department, reports Bascilia News Agency. The Archdiocese aims to encourage natural birth through the revamped maternity ward.

Metropolitan Teofan of Lasi inaugurated the newly renovated ward on the 9th of August 2021.
