Jerusalem-Holy Land: On the occasion of the anniversary of the Independence (25th May 2021) of the Kingdom Jordan, His Majesty Abdullah Ibn Hussein II decorated Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem with the Medal of the State Centennial. The Medal was granted in the memory of the late lamented Benedict I of Jerusalem, in recognition of his contribution in strengthening the relations between the Jerusalem Patriarchate and the Kingdom of Jordan.
