The Knanaya Syriac Orthodox Archdiocese welcomes Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II

India/Kerala: His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II – Patriarch on the Apostolic Throne of St Peter in Antioch and All East was given huge welcome by the Autonomous Knanaya Syriac Orthodox Archdiocese at their headquaters in Chigavanom, in Kottayam in the state of Kerala.
The welcome was made on 9th February 2015 under the leadership of Chief Metropolitan- Archbishop Mor Severious Kurikose who is the Primate of the Knanaya community.
