Tallinn-Estonia: With the approval and blessings of Met. Eugene of  Tallinn and All Estonia (Moscow Patriarchate), a school has been initiated in the city of Tallinn in Estonia.

The initiative comes from a group of people led by Archpriest Andrei Mere the rector of the Church in honour of the icon of the Most Holy Theotokos “Joy of All Who Sorrow”. The aim is to establish a state-accredited educational institution that meets all the requirements of the Estonian educational standard. The school provide education in Russian from the first grade until the secondary level of education.
