Solemn vesper service in Decani Monastery

In the monastery of Decani this year’s celebration of the donator’s slava, St. King Stephen of Decani began with a feast day’s vesper service which was served by Bishop Teodosije of Raska Prizren and Kosovo and Metohija and retired Bishop Atanasije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina. The vesper was attended by 200 monks, nuns and believers from many Dioceses of the SOC.
After the solemn vesper service a table of love was prepared in the monastery’s dining room at which spiritual and old Kosovo’s song were sung.
