The Holy Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church sent a message to Serbs in Kosovo that there are no conditions for their turnout at the upcoming December elections in the province.

Given that this is a parliament of a self-proclaimed independent state of Kosovo, that so far large numbers of displaced Serbs from Kosovo have not returned to their homes, it is obvious that there are no normal conditions to participate in the elections.
One of the reasons for that is also lack of a law on denationalization and restitution of church and other property, the Serbian Orthodox Church communicated.

A few days ago, the Serbian Government also communicated that there are no conditions for Kosovo Serbs to turn out at the upcoming elections.
