Damascus: Candle light walk and inauguration of the Syriac Seyfo Garden of the Genocide Martyrs was held at Damascus by His Holiness Ignatius APhrem II – Patriarch of Antioch and all East in the presence of His Beatitude Abune Baselios Thomas I- Maphriyano and Metropolitan Trustee of the Syriac Orthodox Church in India, Syriac Orthodox Metropolitan’s, thousands of faithful, governmental dignitaries and ecumenical delegations. The solem ceremony was held on 16th June 2015.
