Remembrance Service for the Late Patriarchs Iustin Moisescu and Teoctist Arapasu at the Patriarchal Cathedral

The worthy remembering late Patriarchs Iustin Moisescu and Teoctist Arapasu were commemorated today, 30 July 2011, at the Patriarchal Cathedral.
After the Divine Liturggy, around 11.00 o’clock, His Grace Varlaam Ploiesteanul, Assistant Bishop to the Patriarch celebrated a remembrance service, assisted by a group of priests and deacons, for the late Patriarchs Teoctist Arapasu at the commemoration of four years since his passing away (30 July 2007) and Iustin Moisescu at twenty five his passing away (31 July 1986).
Many priests, monks, nuns and faithful from Bucharest and from the country attended the remembrance service.
In the sermon delivered His Grace Varlaam Ploiesteanul eulogized the personality of the two Primates of the Romanian Orthodox Church passed away.
To end with, the serving priests and His Grace Varlaam celebrated the Trisaghion at the graves of Their Beatitudes Patriarchs Teoctist and Iustin, because the two hierarchs have been buried in the precincts of the Patriarchal Cathedral.
