Prosecution of Archbishop Jovan and the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric persists

The representative of the schismatic MOC, Vanco Umlenski, stated before the court that the request for prosecution of Archbishop Jovan and the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric persists.
On November 28, 2012, in the Court of First Instance in Skopje was held the new, politically staged court hearing against the persecuted Archbishop Jovan of Ohrid and against the remaining persecuted Bishops, priest-monks, nuns and believers of the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric.
The main characteristic of the mentioned court process was the involvement of the representative of the schismatic Macedonian Orthodox Church (MOC)! So, again, in this court process, the schismatic MOC is found to be the main carrier of the persecution against Archbishop Jovan and the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric.
Initially, the expertise proved that Archbishop Jovan had not embezzled any funds. Therefore, he was twice acquitted, and the third time a political verdict for imprisonment was spoken out! Very indicatively, the court has not yet answered whether the funds for which they are accusing him, Archbishop Jovan has gained for himself or if he had spent them inappropriately!
Although it is clear that Archbishop Jovan has not gained any funds for himself, having no sense for everything stated above, upon a question by the Public Prosecutor whether MOC has been paid damages, the schismatic priest Vanco Umlenski, born 1979 answered that MOC has not being paid damages in the amount of, as he said: 270.000 Euros! At the same time, the judge forbade the lawyer of the defense to pose questions to the representative of the MOC!
Hence, there is a very obvious conspiracy between the court, the Public Prosecutor and the representative of the MOC, for continuation of the persecution of Archbishop Jovan and the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric until its destruction! Archbishop Jovan for who knows what time in the last 10 years is being convicted and trialed for the same funds! The judge also refused to abolish the illegal detention measure for Archbishop Jovan, and to have him transferred to a regular prison, with the sole purpose of weakening his health and causing him even greater damage!
The schismatic MOC is on one side declaratively striving to return to the catholicity of the Orthodox Christianity, but on the other side, despite the countless appeals by all Orthodox Churches that by the persecution against Archbishop Jovan in the past years, it has achieved nothing and will not achieve nothing in that direction, it still persists in the persecution of Archbishop Jovan and the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric, a persecution that is unheard of in the European democratic societies!
