Popular diplomatic Egyptian-Syrian relations initiative calls for prayers for peace in Syria

Cairo, (SANA) – The Popular Diplomatic Egyptian-Syrian Relations initiative called on all Egyptian churches to participate next month in a day of prayers for peace in Syria and for freeing all people kidnapped by the armed terrorist groups.
Founder of the initiative, Abram Loius, said in a statement that in response to an invitation sent from the Syrian Multimedia Youth team under the title “Together for peace in Syria”, an invitation was sent to all Egyptian churches to participate iin prayers for peace in Syria on April 11th, 2014.
He pointed out that a large number of churches in several countries will take part in this event including churches in Jordan, Canada, Palestine, Adu-Dhabi and the USA.
