Police Station Converted Into Orthodox Church in Stalham (UK)

Stalham – UK: The former police station on the Yarmouth Road in Stalham is being converted into an Orthodox Christian parish Church. St Fursey’s community of the Antiochian Orthodox Patriarchate in United Kingdom has built their new home in Stalham under the leadership of Fr Steven Weston, an Anglican convert to Orthodox Church.
St Fursey’s is small Orthodox community of over 30 families. The construction is under progress. They hope to celebrate the first liturgy in December 2021.
St Fursey’s Parish belongs to the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All the East which is an autocephalous patriarchate, third in honorific rank among the Eastern Orthodox Churches.
