Moscow-Russia: Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia has cancelled the Traditional summer visit to Savior of the Transfiguration on the Solovetsky Monastery in Solovetsky islands, as Hygumen-Bishop Porfirij has been infected with Covid, reports AsiaNews.it. Traditional visit of the Russian Patriarch is held every year for the feast of Dormition of the Holy Theotokos.

Bishop Porfirij is well known for his anti-vaccine campaign and has created a lot of fuss for the Patriarch. However, the Bishop who is affected with Coivd has been isolated upon medical grounds.
