New Publication – Prayer Book

With the blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, the Publishing Department of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, has published the vernacular Eastern Armenian translation of the “Prayer Book
”, by one of the renowned church fathers of the XI century, Archimandrite “Deacon” John.
The work was translated by Mr. Madoyan and consists of 22 prayers that are prefect in speech, having a powerful emotional impact and dogmatic foundations. The Prayer Book is intended for a wide range of readers and is a composition of moral teachings describing the mind-set of a penitent person to contribute to strengthening and reinforcing through prayer.
The vernacular Eastern Armenian translation of the PrayerBook was published by the benevolent sponsorship of the benefactor of the Mother See, Mr. Gabriel Chemperchyan.
