Metropolitan Tikhon of All America and Canada meets with Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York and Archbishop Justinian of Naro-Fominsk
On 29 January 2013, Metropolitan Tikhon of All America and Canada received Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York and Archbishop Justinian of Naro-Fominsk, administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, at the Chancery of the Orthodox Church in America. The First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia greeted Metropolitan Tikhon on the occasion of his election as Primate of the Orthodox Church in America and his recent enthronement, presenting him with a panagia of the Kursk-Root Icon of the Mother of God.
Taking part in the meeting were also Bishop Michael of New York and New York and New Jersey; archpriest Serafim Gan, chancellor of the Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America; archpriest John Jillions, OCA chancellor; and archpriest Eric G.
