METROPOLITAN HILARION ISSUES STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH TURMOIL IN BELARUS
The Eastern American Dioscese – ROCOR – 2/9/2020
Having observed with grief and great concern the political upheavals in the Republic of Belarus, we ask that the faithful of the Russian Church Abroad strengthen their prayers for peace and the restoration of lawfulness among our brothers and sisters in that country.
Rectors of the parishes and monasteries of the Eastern American Diocese are instructed to add this special petition to the Augmented Litany at the divine services this Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th of August.
