Memorial Service On the Occasion of the Seventh Death Anniversary of Metropolitan Volodymyr (Sabodan) Held

Kyiv- Ukraine: The seventh death anniversary of the late Metropolitan Volodymyr (Sabodan) of Kyiv and All Ukraine was held at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on the 5th of July 2021. Divine Liturgy was celebrated by His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy of Kyiv and All Ukraine. The Choir services were performed by the Students of the Kyiv Theological Academy. After the Liturgy, a memorial service was held at the tomb of the late Metropolitan Volodymyr.

Metropolitan Volodymyr, the former head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church entered eternal rest on July 5, 2014, at the age of 79. He ruled the Church for over twenty years.
