March 2015

Baltimore, MD (IOCC) — International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC), the official humanitarian relief agency of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States of America, is offering summer internship opportunities for IOCC programs in the U.S. and Greece.

The U.S. Program Intern will be based in IOCC’s field office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with some travel to home build sites in Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Colorado. The Greece Program/Communications Intern will be based with IOCC representatives in Athens, Greece.

Internships are open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older, who are undergraduates, advance degree students or recent college graduates. IOCC summer internships typically require a 10-12 week, full-time commitment during the months of May – September.

Since 1998, IOCC has offered an internship program to undergraduates and recent college graduates interested in careers in international relief and development. The IOCC internship program provides a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the operations of a faith-based international humanitarian relief and development organization.

The application deadline is March 31, 2015. For more details on eligibility requirements and how to apply, please visit iocc.org/internships
