History – Basis of the Future
His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch received , on 26 November 2012, at the Serbian Patriarchate in Belgrade Dr. Zivadin Jovanovic, the president of the Belgrade Forum for the World of Equals. Mr. Jovanovic informed the Patriarch about activities of independent and nonpartisan associations with regards to marking significant anniversaries from the recent and distant history of Serbia and the Serbian people.
During the conversation the historical contribution and the role of the Serbian Orthodox Church in preservation and protection of the national, spiritual and cultural identity of the Serbian people.
