After having been successfully operated on the leg Metropolitan Volodymyr of Kyiv and All Ukraine was signed out from hospital.
The same day the Primate of the UOC had a phone conversation with Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, who is visiting the Chernivtsi diocese of the UOC on 1-2 October 2011. His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr thanked His Holiness Patriarch Kirill for prayers and said that in the rite of consecration of the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Bancheny he will be represented by chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of UOC Archbishop Alexander of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyy and Vyshneve.
Having been signed out from the hospital, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church also thanked all the faithful for sincere prayers.
