His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr Greeted Orphanage Children on Pascha

On April 8, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church at his residence at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra received a group of educatees of the children’s orphanage from the village Lavrov, Lviv region.

His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr greeted the children and their teachers on the radiant Resurrection of Christ and wished them strong health and God’s assistance in their studies.

At the end, the Archpastor blessed the guests with the small icons of the Resurrection of Christ and handed them keepsake presents.

During the two days that the young pilgrims spent in Kyiv, they visited the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, where they bowed unto its relics, and also called to other churches and monasteries of the capital.
