Head of Caucasus Muslims confirms receiving invitation to visit Armenia

BAKU. – Head of Caucasus Muslims Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade confirmed receiving of invitation from Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II to visit Yerevan.
The decision on participation has not been made so far, 1news.az reports. However, Pashazade will voice his position after the meeting with Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, representative of Russian Orthodox Church Roman Silantyev said that they arrange CIS session of interreligious council presidium scheduled for November 28 in Yerevan.
