Global: The Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate has elected Metropolitan Elipidophros of Bursa as the new Archbishop of America. Metropolitan Elipidophros will lead the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America (GOARC).
On 4/7/18, OCP News Service published an article by Jessica Kolettis stating that Metropolitan Elipidophros of Bursa would be the successor to Archbishop Demetrios. Jessica’s predictions have come true.
