Governor of Crete at the Phanar
On Friday, February 18, 2011, His All-Holiness met with the recently elected Governor of Crete, Stavros Arnaoutakis. Accompanying the Governor on his pilgrimage to the Ecumenical Patriarchate were Metropolitan Ireneos of Crete and Metropolitan Amphilochios of Kisamos and Selinos.
