Funeral service for Bishop Hrizostom of Zica of blessed repose

At the funeral service also Their Graces Bishops celebrated: Vasilije of Zvornik-Tuzla, Vasilije of Srem, Nikanor of Banat, Irinej of Backa, Justin of Timok, PAhomije of Vranje, Jovan of Sumadia, Ignjatije of Branicevo, Fotije of Dalmatia, Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic, Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina, Milutin of Valjevo, Teodosije of Raska-Prizren, Maxim of Western America, David of Krusevac, Joakim of Polog-Kumanovo, Marko of Bregalnica, David of Stobi and Porfirije of Jegar, with the presence of great number of priests, monks and faithful people from all parts of Serbia.

On behalf of the Hilandar monastery hieromonk Seraphim concelebrated in the funeral service. Mr. Velimir Ilic, Minister of Construction and Urbanism; Mr. Mileta Radojevic, chief of the Office for Cooperation with Traditional Churches and Religious Communities; high representatives of the Serbian Armed Forces and the MInistry of Interior as well as representatives of the local authorities.

Following the funeral service, the body of Bishop Hrizostom of blessed repose, according to his wish, was transferred to the monastery of Rujan. There Bishop Hrizostom was buried. His Grace Bishop Jovan of Sumadia celebrated the memorial service and Their Graces Bishops Teodosije of Raska-Prizren and David of Krusevac concelebrated.
