Kerala: The Monastert officials gave a warm traditional reception to the pilgrims arrived from all over Kerala under the leadership of H.E. Kuriakose Mor Severios and H.E. Geevarghese Mor Coorilose at Omallur Cross Junction and lead them to the Holy tomb of St.Ignatios Elias III.
His Beatitude the Catholicos Aboon Mor Baselios Thomas I, the Metropolitan Trustee & head of the Syrian Orthodox Church in India inaugurated the Public meeting of Pilgrims held at the premises of Monastery Cahtedral on 08 February 2013.
The apostolic representative H.E. Mor Polycarpus Eugene Aydin, ( Archbishop of Netherlands ) delivered the benediction address.
