Egyptian Coptic Church hails UAE efforts under Sheikh Khalifa

WAM Abu Dhabi, Aug 24th, 2011 (WAM) — The Egyptian Coptic Church has hailed the efforts of the United Arab Emirates under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to consolidate the values and principles of love, brotherhood and dialogue between all religions.
This came during the Iftar ceremony which was hosted by the Saint Anthony Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Abu Dhabi last night on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan in the presence of The Judicial and Religious Affairs Advisor at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Ali Al Hashimi and the delegation of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs ‘&’ Endowments, led by Dr. Mohammed Matar AlKaabi in addition to a delegation from the Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Court headed by Khalid Al Nuaimi, and the Egyptian Embassy delegation headed by Ambassador Tamer Mansour.
