Delegation from Roman Orthodox Church visits Holy Father at Patriarchal Monastery

MA`ARAT SAYYIDNAYA, DAMASCUS: An official delegation of Roman Orthodox Church, commissioned by His Holiness Patriarch Ignatius Hazim IV visited His Holiness Patriarch Ignatius Zakka I Iwas at St. Ephraim Patriarchal Monastery here on August 19, Thursday. The delegation was sent by Ignatius Hazim IV to wish Holy Father on the occasion of 30th enthronement of Holy Father and to strengthen the historic relation between the two churches.
The delegation included Archbishops and bishops of Roman Orthodox Church. The meeting was also attended by Archbishop Mor Gregorios Youhanna Ibrahim (Aleppo & Environs), Mor Theophilose George Saliba (Secretary to the Episcopal Synod, Archbishop, Mount Lebanon), Mor Clemis Daniel Kurieh (Patriarchal Vicar, Bierut) and Mor Philoxenos Mathiyas Nayis (Patriarchal Assistant & Diretor, Patriarchal Seminary).
