Council of Oriental Orthodox Churches in the UK- Council Meeting held at St.Gregorios Indian Orthodox Church, London

Diocesan Heads and Dignitaries of Oriental Orthodox Churches in the UK met at St.Gregorios Indian Orthodox Church London on 07th December ’09. Chairman of the council and Diocesan Metropolitan of Malankara Orthodox Church for UK Europe and Africa, H.G Dr. Mathews Mar Thimothios presided over the meeting. In the Chairman,s address, H.G,signified the importance of unity and harmony among member Churches. The council discussed about various matters includes council’s contribution to inter faith relationship, inter church dialogues, and the present day challenges in the spiritual upbringing of the faithful etc.
