Coptic Church rebuilt by Egyptian Army
18/4/2011
Christian Egyptian Coptics attend the first Divine Liturgy in Two Martyrs Church on Sunday April 17, after it was completely rebuilt by the Egyptian army after it was torched on March 4 by angry Muslims in Helwan which is south of Cairo.
Rumors of a love affair between a young Muslim woman and a Coptic man lead to the burning which triggered a large scale Coptic protest with tens of thousands gathering for several days in the center of Cairo.
